Who hates big spenders? Not me. Those who can spend multiple tends of thousands a month, more power to them.
What is truly mind-boggling is, the mechanism used to ferret out the accounts obviously remains not effective even as of now. It is shocking that as a company they still could not come up with an effective way to screen accounts for what they want to accomplish - all they need to do is write a little program to screen the posting points and set the cut off at certain level, whatever level they deem fit.
The way they are doing now, does not stop those big spenders who are swift and such folks still beating Citi at the game. With their stupidity, they probably deserve that.
That is the point I make and you probably totally miss it.
