And what's with the hating of big spenders? I didn't shut you down. But, yet it seems some just can't help but thinking that... and even going as far as making such nonsense divisive statements -- I'm looking at you Jesperss,

It's still truly amazing that on a forum where people are litterally discussing how to churn cards for sign up bonuses, game amazon payments, go push spending through small companies shuch as Venmo, and now the defunct xipwire. that suddenly there's 'scrupples' when hammering a big giant corporation for a few thousand in points? It's not like they didn't get an extra unearned and undeserved $330 billion from unwilling tax slaves a couple of years ago, and now they have record profits to continue paying out the executive bonuses. I could argue I'm merely looking for a piece of that action.

To those of you that are upset you didn't get as much out of it, and are still shut down. Well... sorry. As I've tried to explain before, but, apparently it's not getting understood. When a company is set to purge unprofitable accounts, whether you cost them $13K from buying cash equivalents in bonus categories, or churning 2 cards every 60 days for 6 years will likely make little difference. Likewise they probably won't differentiate if you made off with $13K or $3K. At any rate, it all depends what in fact the are looking for, and we we really know for 'fact'? We really only have reports in an anonymous-ish forum to rely on. Hardly anything should be considered fact. Based on the sparatic information I've seen, I am 'guessing' there is a profit motive to all this action, and to think that some unprofitable activity to them is acceptable and some isn't seems a little naive.

In your case I sincerely hope that you are right, and all they are looking at is TYPs earned this year and nothing else. But, I'd hardly call a TY Rep an auhoritive source in this matter.
There was a big difference between you and Happy. In your OP you said citi said you were "risky" and all your CC were affected. That is different kind of talking. I assume decisions were already made from that dept in Colorado and you got a short final letter from citi already? Happy was only complaining about TY accounts locked up. Btw, exact same thing happened to a friend of mine 6 years ago with the CR and he is still blacklisted. Not pretty and from his experience I can imaging your pain. Sorry man.
