Well... technically that's no different. They talk to me anytime I contact them. Had plenty of lengthy conversations. They even do open new case numbers and push it up the chain and I am promised they will get back to me... and they even do get back to me...

Of course I've still never gotten my accounts reinstated. So that may be the only difference... assuming as we all hope that Happy does get her account unlocked with no adverse action taken.

They are not going to ignore you when you call and not get back to you if they said they will.
