Well, if the review dept can speed up the process and unlock my account by next week, I am happy enough though I do voice my frustration and mention about how inconvenience and stress Citi has caused me, and the waste of energy / time for both me and the person who has opened a case on this.
When and if they resolve the case, then we talk about the possibility of apology. lol.
