The international "G" gates connect airside to United's "F" gates in Terminal 3. If your AC flight is out of a "G" gate then yes you can access the United Club.
If your AC flight is out of the "A" gates then you cannot access the UC without exiting security. In this case, the Delta lounge is available to you. "A" gate arrival / departures are also a PITA if you are connecting to/from United as you've got to re-clear security. There's also a bit of a walk.
