With one exception, it's a cookie-cutter standardized HGI experience: my King room was exactly as any other in the chain, front desk and shuttle personnel were great. However ... I must admit that the food scene was a bit like something out of the Fawlty Towers dining room, including a server whose native language was English, but wasn't otherwise wasn't too far off from the character of Manuel from Barcelona. Had dinner the first night, sending the medium-rare pork chop back, taken of the bill, replaced with a sandwich. Slept through the first breakfast (jet lag), but the second morning's experience wasn't all that impressive, down to a toaster that wouldn't work right (had to stand there holding down the lever). Second night's server was excellent, but the pulled pork sandwich was ... not.

I'd recommend the place if it's showing cheaper, just keep your dining expectations a bit low.
