On a lot of planes and under a lot of seats, some pressure cookers can indeed fit. Time to ban underseat leg room on planes too.

That's happened already. After the bust of the mythical "liquid bombers" in the UK, the US even banned lap-child infants on TATL flights headed to the US.

Some years prior to 9/11, India had banned most all carry-on items on some routes and that ban lasted longer than the carry-on ban implemented after the mythical liquid bomb story made the press.
