I similarly wrote a letter:

"The recent changes to the complementary beverage program is both disappointing and insulting to those of us who have paid for a membership. When choosing to initiate membership, I expected a level of service which this change clearly undermines. Your promotional material clearly states that SkyClub membership includes “Complementary premium liquor,” and this change is in contrast to this statement. I understand that costs must be contained, but I ask that you please reevaluate your strategy for attaining this goal. In addition to downgrading the liquor selection, the fee for renewal of my membership has increased, which would raise my expectations regarding your offerings. I am very disappointed by your decision to change your offerings to far inferior product without sufficient warning to your members. Failing a reasonable alternative to this change, I respectfully request that you cancel my membership and send me a prorated refund for the remaining period."

I'll sit on my hands and await their response. Not expecting much - but I feel voicing our displeasure regarding the bait and switch of their marketing is necessary.
