Preclearance in DUB/SNN after a connecting flight?

I am considering taking a connecting Aer Lingus trip (LHR-Dub, then Dub-JFK or LHR-SNN then SNN-JFK. ) There is about 90 minutes or so between flights if I go via DUB, and a little over an hour if I go via SNN. I know that US-bound passengers in DUB and SNN are required to go through US preclearance and immigration control, and I've read some not-so-good stories on this board about the time it takes to make it through preclearance. Is this enough time? I will travel carry-on only, and I have Global Entry, and I've read there are GE kiosks in both SNN and DUB.
