Since UA K is one of their lowest Economy booking classes I guess it will map into LH W or S which only earn 50% status miles with Aeroplan. You can call LH and ask them what booking class they see in their system under the LH operating flight number to be sure.

Regarding the SE bonus miles you will get only 25% for LH rather than the 100% for UA as it is again the operating carrier that counts.
