Does AA have a similar policy to Delta? If you have the AC 30 day pass, can you access the lounges with a ticket issued from another airline like Delta or United?

Yes, the 30 day pass is a full membership valid for 30 days (as opposed to something like a day pass). With a full membership, it matters not what airline you are flying that day, nor that you are even flying at all. As long as you have physical access to the club, you will be admitted.
