Their are some pretty sweet MR deals through UA to a part of the world I'd like to visit, the middle east! Just a quick question on codeshare miles!?!

If a flight is a UA codeshare (K class) operated by LH, would 100% status miles be credited to my aeroplan? Also, would the 100% SE bonus apply to a UA codeshare?
