I had to figure out for myself that you weren't tracking my reservations.
Unfortunately, this approach seriously damages your credibility and makes me less likely to trust you in the future. You decided not to tell people that tracking isn't working or taking tracking requests off your website. You just encourage people to make tracking requests and then ignore them.
We do apologize for that. We never intended to fall behind on processing the tracking requests and had actively been looking for ways to speed up the processing, but we didn't have the resources to do so (or even to update the website with an updated message). We were still processing tracked reservation submissions, albeit at a much slower pace than they were coming in, so they weren't being ignored so much as we just couldn't handle all of the demand--especially as it's a completely free service. As I said, that is changing now and will soon (with the launch of the new site) be a complete non-issue.
I do hope we can re-earn your trust in the coming weeks.
