Okay, I feel very sorry for all our and my personal friends at BA because you had nothing to do with the current shambles that is unfolding. So I hope my scathing comment below is not taken personally.

Those pictures of the buffet is nothing short of awful. It is insulting.
It looks worse than a cheap canteen at an office in Maidstone.

Incentive to keep BA Gold is dropping fast. Shame, Galleries First was a real gem, something that BA could be proud of. It made one look forward to flying with them and out of T5. I took die hard Star Alliance Golds in there last summer and they were so impressed and instantly started rating BA higher.

Do not stop sending in your feedback! Otherwise these shameful changes will become permanent.

BA I really hope you are taking notice because you've managed to annoy/infuriate nearly all of your most loyal customers.
The Open-Doors back lash is nothing compared to this. While BA is the dominant carrier at LHR, there are vast options available.
