Depending how many miles you are thinking of redeeming (it seems unlikely you've found mythical "low" availability?) you might be able to find an option connecting through a European hub on a better product (either DL flat-bed or a partner airline). But, if you're willing to spend the cash on a UA ticket that's an easier and more straightforward option.
