You can change numbers midtrip in YVR, but make sure its done correctly, Air Canada staff is particularly bad at doing this right.
See above. Your numbers on the domestic leg are off, Rankourabu here has them correct. But that also means you don't need to worry about switching programs - just credit everything to UA.
