Congratulations on the gold card!

Exit rows are available at any time. If they're showing as unavailable it sounds like they're taken.

Bassinet rows appear to be taken until t-72. In the old MMB seat map they used to appear as available then, only to disappear when you click on yourself to move there. Click off yourself and they would reappear. Click again - gone - click again - back. I would then phone the gold line and ask to be assigned to a particular seat. Most of the time the agents could do it then; occasionally I'd get one who didn't know the ropes and would have to gently ask them to check with a manager etc.

On the new seat map for my flight Monday they appeared when first went into the seat and disappeared as usual when I clicked on myself, but they didn't reappear. I didn't try calling to get one assigned but assume it would still be the same.
