When do exit and bassinet seats become available to GCHs?
As per title....

please can some kind soul summarise for this recent Gold card holder the timing and availability of exit and bassinet seats?

It looks like these are not available to me in MMB for a flight in a few weeks time. Is this likely because they've already been taken, or not yet available?
