It was only a trial on a few routes; maybe BA will introduce them at a later date.

How were they promoted on the trial routes? Were they listed in the menus or did you have to know of their existence or rely on a proactive crew member? If they were listed in the menus were they highlighted as a route specific trial so people were more likely to give feedback on them?
