There are different themes/stalls on different days of the week. Sunday is very busy, and there's various themed markets on Thursday through Saturday. It's open in a smaller form on Monday to Wednesday. Less crowds but also far fewer stalls. Brick Lane and the Old Truman Brewery are also close by (both big on Sunday).
