I picked a random date Feb 5th in business for 1 person.

They have an option of AA 136 (lax-lhr 77W) arriving at 1:15pm LHR
and then BA 708 LHR-ZRH leaving at 5:25pm.
Total is 50k miles and $97.20 for one person one way.
Ahhhh that's where the disconnect is. It's not far out (July 10-28th). So not only would BA need to open the LHR-ZRH and IST-LHR segments, AA would need to release sAAver awards for the LAX-LHR portions as well (each one of those is unlikely so the probability of both of them is very small).
