Oxygen masks for emergency use can still work all at the same time... The use of therapeutic or medical oxygen does not effect the emergency oxygen.
Are the tank pressures checked and re-pressurised when required between flights?

Do all BA 777's have oxygen tanks rather than chemical generators?
