I've been RA for many years and aside from slight difficulties with an address change, I've seen none of the problems mentioned in this thread. Great service and support. I should say that I rarely bother them with questions and I'm patient when there are problems with crediting stays, etc. My RA kit arrived on time the last couple years as I recall.
