Mine took a phone call as well, showed up the next day--today (35K pts/20 nights+ 10K/5 more).
Agent also offered me a manual switch to 2xCat 1-5 certs without me asking, which I accepted. Did that once before and it took a long phone call to get the certs, but figured I'd try again since in any case I will likely achieve (and be happy with) either one this period.
She said she would manual swap the points for certificates about a week after the promo ends, but as I said, didn't work that way last time.
