The rates vary drastically for Visa and Amex variants for Jet ICICI cards. For instance, the INR/ HKD rate I got on Amex and Visa is 6.98 and 7.26 resp., for transactions on the same date (6.93 was the interbank rate, as quoted at oanda.com).
