How strict (or lenient) are SQ on the First-class baggage allowance?

Hi,

My wife, my child (2+) and I will be flying soon SIN-MUC-HAM using a single Singapore Airlines ticket (award)
First Class for SIN-MUC with Singapore Airlines
Business Class (no first class for intra-European) for MUC-HAM with Lufthansa
I am Krisflyer Gold.

Our theoretical luggage allowance is:
- 40+40+40+20(Gold) = 140kg for check-in luggage
- 2+2+2 = 6 pieces of 7kg (each) for hand-carry

Since we are moving to Germany, we want to bring as much luggage as possible...

From your experience or perception, how strict is SQ on First-class luggage allowance before charging us, ie what would you try:
- for check-in luggage?
- for hand-carry luggage?

Thanks
