Scotty is correct, and is an expert on this subject.

I have intermittent hearing loss and on the days I wear mine I get a brief look at the devices and am sent on my way. The Bluetooth transmitter may be a bit of a problem as they are not as common. Just say it is the microphone for your hearing aid and that it is necessary for you to wear.
