Since you have two transatlantic segments (EWR-FRA, GVA-JFK), each of which carries a $258 YQ, so you see a total of $516. As mentioned above, LH, UA, AC, OS, SN, and LX are all members of the joint venture, and all assess this charge; since you have two Atlantic crossings on these carriers, each flight carries a $258 YQ, and they are lumped together into the $516 surcharge that appears on your receipt.
