Anyone had the joy recently of having to claim missing AP$ from a Star Alliance carrier, and know how long it typically takes? I filled in the online form a couple of months back for missing points from a SAS flight and haven't heard a peep. They do say to wait 60 days, but sheesh - how hard can it be?

Particularly interested as the points should bump me up to the next tier. Next question is when will they take the start of my next tier from - the day of my flight two months back or the day they actually get around to crediting it?

Aegean was very good, had the points credited within 24 hours.
