Need Help Resolving Missing Rental Days
I need help resolving an issue with 4 missing rental days on my Emerald account. I've contacted National several times and I seem to be getting nowhere. The problem I am having so far is that most people I've spoken to so far simply do not listen. I had a rental from April 1st to 5th that did not appear on my account. I called the Emerald Club number and spoke with a representative that looked up the contract and added 1 rental credit to the account (which reflected that rental contract). The problem is that the contract did not get added to the rental history. I called about it and I was assured by more than 1 person that it would appear on the account and that I just had to give it time. They all keep referring back to the rental credit but they don't listen when I tell them the rental days are the problem. I get my May statement in and of course the rental is missing and my rental days are off. I call them again and I get told to wait for the next statement. It isn't going to be on the next statement because it doesn't show on my account. Since that one rental I've had 2 more rentals post with no problem. How do I get to speak to someone at National that actually knows what they are doing and has the ability to fix the problem? There is an obvious problem with my account. The contracts under rental credits do not match the contracts under rental history.
