The receipt stated P Class---we booked a certain coach class ticket then accepted the cash upgrade offer prior to completing the reservation. Bottom line is that we had a confirmed FC seat----and were unable to book the change as only one seat was "available", while there were more than TEN. Am I missing the point here? Buckets of seats or not, I had paid and confirmed the upgrade. I should have been given the seat. And don't get me started on a "processing Fee" taken from a refund being requested for bereavement----I'd love a class action like that to go to a jury!
