Check out google maps. You're not getting from ILG to "downtown Philadelphia" in 25 minutes. It's almost 40 miles. You'd need a race car and a closed course grand prix.
It is an unpredictable drive, though. I'd say an hour, door-to-door, is about the best you'd likely do in the real world, except perhaps at 3 am when there's no construction work going on.
