According to Drew on post 123 supra, all points earning members are eligible for the summer bonus program--whatever they call it Mega Bonus; Unexpected; Global.

I was never offered enrollment, so today I called CS as Drew suggested and after an interactive session with the "I can't understand you" guy and a timed 5:50 minute hold I was told that yes I could be enrolled for 35,000 pts for 20 nights and 10,000 for 25 nights--but not 15,000 for 25. She told me that it is now called Global Bonus (shades of UA where they call everything Global which means nothing).

In any event, she said that probably nothing would show up in my promotions window until after the promotion starts on May 15th.

I suggested that she recommend that on my behalf that the entire IT staff be fired and bring in some competent 8th grade computer hobbyists to straighten out this mess, but I don't think she took me to heart.

However, my recommendation stands.
