One agent did say that she checked the flight manifest. She said that the manifest did show my original (upgraded upper deck) seat assignment.
I have a boarding pass printed this morning showing my upgraded upper deck seat assignment.
So that is somewhat reassuring -I guess-...
The fact that I do not appear on the #869 seatmap, however, really has my stomach in a knot.
