If you're looking for M1, they do sell it at the M1 counter in arrival hall (can't remember which terminal though). But there's only 1 option, which is S$50. Can't remember for how many hours of voice/data though.

Pretty expensive I must say, unless you'll be here for a while and is a heavy user.
