My real complaint is that I have a Chase United Visa card that doesn't require verified by visa processing but the Thai website can't seem to understand that and I can't pay with the card, so I use my Delta Amex. I've spent hours trying to resolve this but just doesn't work! (Other foreign sites that require the v by v still work for the Chase card, just not Thai!)
