Has anyone done this before? Does ANA offer anything? I'm sure they aren't putting me up for the night, but do they offer a shuttle bus to a specific hotel, or offer any kind of package?

I know I won't have time to get into Tokyo to do anything (although it is a 24 hour city, lol). I'm content to just catch some zzz's near Narita)
It depends on which class you're flying and what your ticket allows, but I would catch the bus to HND (maybe 90 minutes at that time) and then get the TG flight to BKK leaving HND at 12:25am. If you're flying J or F, this is definitely a better option. In Y, you might be more comfortable spending the night at NRT.

There are several hotels at NRT all of which have shuttle bus service about 10 minute ride from the airport.

P.S. I am almost certain the TG flight is an ANA code share so you should be able to do this.
