The OP has tried twice with Hilton and the error was not corrected. A simple on-line credit card dispute that has an attached statement about what happened and the two previous attempts to correct the charge will get the issue to the correct person. Not everyone has the time to call, often more than once, to try and get an individual hotel billing department and then get a person who will reverse the charges in one phone call. I have tried it on a couple of occasions with different results each time. Disputing it on-line with the credit card is much easier.
The OP NEVER said he called the PROPERTY about this......he said he called the Diamond desk which is not the right place for this.....he also said he spoke w the front desk on check out.
