It does not show up if the promotion has ended.

The only information that is relevant is Bonus Nights Earned: xxx.
The line below is "Promotional: 0." When I recently redeemed three e-certificates, one of them expires on 12/31/2013 and the other two on 04/16/2014. Before I booked this stay, "No unused rewards certificates on file" was shown. Supposedly, the one expiring on 12/31/2013 should show up because that promotion ended on 12/31/2012.

I guess that there must be something wrong with my account.
