The other error message is strange
It's T-72, have done it a few times previously (actually, it's usually T-73 for some reason). However, remembering that Skype can call 0800 numbers for free, gave You First a call, got a very baffled man on the other end who couldn't understand why it wouldn't work, he went off for a few mins and came back to tell me it was all done.
