Why the Fuss About RA Packs?

I'm not that unhappy with the RA packs. My last 2 packs took about 3 - 4 weeks after the status update in my account which I guess is pretty ok. But even if it took 8 weeks to get mine, it's an annual thing so I rather not stress myself over it.

I don't really use the BOGOs unless there really isin't any good promo going on.

The card and luggage tags can always be reused from previous year and 5K points is barely worth much these days. In fact I misplaced 2 of my 5K vouchers somewhere around my desk at home and I'm pretty sure they're expired by now.

RA referral cert not that big a deal unless you've promised someone in advance and they need it urgently.

As I said it's an annual thing so why shorten your life over it!

BUT, having said that, the response time regarding customer service issues from the Amb centre *does* need to be shortened!
