Currently you can not redeem online for Amazon GC @ 10K TYP for $100GC. You can, though, pay with TYP at Amazon, but it's like 12K TYP for $100 - which is pretty bad. You can, however, call ThankYou program and get $100 Amazon Gift Cards for 10K TYP.
