Clearly very hard. The last 4 flights (in March and April) for mrs bnebased and me have been incorrectly credited (233 points each instead of 495). I can't guess where they got their figures.
Also, after about 10 months of correctly getting Virgin mobile points credited, they have just last month started getting them wrong too.
And its a real pain trying to getting these things fixed
