Yes we do all day long. If you have a medical condition we take that seat. If we need that seat it will be taken and "put on hold". If a Gold Member or higher wants that seat we will take that seat. To the point we can call the airport and "have it put on hold." Trying to help the questions- if you want the answers.
I doubt that someone with a child (not a bassinet size infant) wanting (not needing) the seats would qualify for that service though, when any middle pair would do really.
