We don't even use the service if it is free. Taxis are so cheap and readily available. The shuttles are often packed
Completely agree and when I saw the crowd already gathering for the "free" shuttle hailed the nearest cab and relaxed for the short ride to the pier. Some "free" things just aren't worth it.
