I've read of others calling UOB to manually add the 10X spending. It seems merchants who are obscure and not on a specific list will end up not being credited 10X.

My shopping was for a pair of Asics running shoes from a US retailer. It's a very obscure website so I doubt any other PPV have charged to it before.

I'm fine if that's the case. But how come it seems so hard to get my 10X credited? Is there a specific department I should get directed to for faster resolution?
