Warm risotto with spinach and peas, accompanied by a small spinach salad with vegetables and balsamic vinaigrette. And a Seattle Chocolate, of course.
This flavorful snack was miles above the arid-frigid-chicken-of-the-sky that was served on the 4/30/13 AS #574 PDX-SAN segment (see post #102).

That was good tasting Id agree despite that it was some type of jasmine sticky rice and at least it was served to you as a "snack" but The problem is that this snack was marketed as a "lunch" to us on AS 31 May 4th with a 105pm departure
It was anything but a lunch. At least the SEA-ANC segment I got a decent meal marketed as a lunch which was a pastrami sandwich on a hearty bread
