I will fly IAH-IST for the first time on Firday, so no real experience, but I am pretty sure that they will use the same lounge that Lufthansa uses in Terminal D. Obviously not a good lounge, but still better than the awful UA clubs in IAH. To the OP, nothing to worry about or look forward too months ahead of your flight.
