I can confirm.

Had a 40 minutes coversation with LM agent, after that 48 hours when miles came back to my account ( with 60% in miles instead of cash). My CC was charged 100 usd ( cancellation fee is 50 usd per person) I still wait for taxes to return to my CC ( they told me it will take 5 days).
