I sent some emails and called BA and they came back, that the booking disappeared from AMADEUS ( which is normal after some time ). Now them not found any record about it, and asked to sent in any confirmation ,,, etc what I still have !!!
I sent back all the emails ( incl. checkmytrip copys ) from booking and after cancelation when them showed as ghost segments ), and some days after them mailed back them will credit 30k miles back into my sons account ( where they came from ).
I sent again an email to please sent me a confirmation that the cash refund now also will be processed, and them stupidly answered them not make cash refunds, them only sent by check or banktransfer ( so clever ).
I replyed yes, and I want an email with date that that will happen now for all 3 bookings.
Them replyed today I should fill out again 3 forms !!!! and wait again 8 weeks !!!!
Now it came even more worse !!!!
10 days ago I got a letter from AMEX, that BA claims back one of the two credits ( cancelled in Oct last year !!!! ), I got a credit for one Person in DEC12 and another Person in JAN13 ! Both sons in the same booking ! BMI even confirmed bevore in Nov. that them cancelled the booking and were not able to refund on my CC ! Now BA claimes BMI had reissued one ticket ! ? !
Now I copyed all Statements, documents from all 4 cancelled bookings and sent them by registered mail ( Einschreiben/Rückschein) to BA FRA Leoner str and in copy to my advocate. If them not solve the whole thing until 30 MAY we will bring it to court.
